Accessibility

1. Our commitment
QR Dynamic, operated by Merriweather Holdings, is committed to making this product usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build, not a one-time checkbox.
2. Conformance status
We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We test with automated tooling (axe-core) and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Because the product changes continuously, some areas may fall short at any given time; where we know of a gap, we prioritize fixing it.
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page.
- Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Text and interface contrast checked against the WCAG AA minimums.
- Links within body text are underlined, not distinguished by color alone.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
- Accessible names on icon-only controls and meaningful alternative text on images.
4. Known limitations
The QR code preview and some analytics charts are inherently visual. We provide the underlying data in text form (tables and labels) wherever a visualization carries meaning, but if any chart or control is a barrier for you, please tell us and we will provide the information another way.
5. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on QR Dynamic, we want to hear about it. Email contact@merriweatherholdings.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
