Terms of Service

1. Who we are

QR Dynamic ("we," "us," "the Service") is operated by Merriweather Holdings ("Merriweather Holdings," "the Company"). By creating an account or using QR Dynamic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

QR Dynamic lets you generate static and dynamic QR codes (URL, WiFi, and vCard), track scans, and manage them from a dashboard or API. Dynamic codes can be edited after printing; static codes cannot.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans and billing

QR Dynamic offers a Free tier and paid tiers ($10/mo, $30/mo, $50/mo), each with different limits and features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your paid access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free tier — we don't pro-rate or refund partial periods, and we don't immediately downgrade you the moment you cancel.

We may change prices or plan features going forward; we'll give notice before a change affects you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QR Dynamic to:

• Encode or distribute illegal content, malware, or phishing links
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Abuse, overload, or attack the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service itself without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you put into your QR codes (URLs, WiFi credentials, contact details, labels). You're solely responsible for that content and for having the right to use it. We don't claim ownership of it.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your QR codes, scan history, API keys, and subscription record. This cannot be undone.

8. Disclaimers

QR Dynamic is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merriweather Holdings won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
